Couldn’t communicate with a helper application

Check List

• MacOS Updated to the newest version
• iPad Air 2 Updated to the newest version
• Check the Lighting Cable

But the error still display.

Possible Reason

The iTunes cannot find it’s some files and folder.

Possible Solution

If you have NAS, try just plugin and reconnect to that folder, the error will be solved.
